“Here's my take: this resort sets itself apart with a surprisingly lush tropical feel in the middle of the city, and I found the location ideal-close to shops, the waterfront, and Mindil Beach. While the onsite dining is limited to breakfast and dinner, the affordability of parking is a genuine advantage, freeing you to explore Darwin's many restaurants. The refurbished kitchenettes in some rooms are perfect for those who prefer self-catering.”

Guests consistently praise the spacious and updated townhouses at The Leea, particularly those with a full kitchen and comfortable, clean interiors. Many appreciate the lovely pool area, nestled within tropical gardens, and the convenience of being within walking distance to supermarkets, the mall, and the wharf precinct. While the breakfast buffet is considered good, some found it a bit pricey compared to other nearby brunch options.

my arrival was less than stellar i must say. there was no offer to help me with my luggage. my room lacked basic amenities. there were no plates or cutlery. i found myself ordering takeaway. the restaurant onsite had limited food options.
I found the location quite superb. Woolworths across the road was really convenient, and I could easily walk to Croc Cove. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I loved the two swimming pools available at the hotel.
The bond process seemed a bit slow. I am still waiting for the release even though my card is on file.

The room was good. It was spacious and offered a nice view. The bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent for food as Woolworths is next door.
I could smell smoke in bedrooms, I suspect it was lingering in the carpet.

The townhouse interior was recently upgraded. cleaning of dead insects was lacking. The exterior needs gardening and painting. It looks quite dated. Overgrown weeds and dirty paths were present. It felt disappointing.
